**Internal Sales Executive - Carpet Tile / Flooring**

Job Title: Internal Sales Executive - Carpet Tile / Flooring
Industry Sector: Carpet Tile, Flooring, Modular Flooring, Specification Sales, A&D, Interior Furnishings, Aesthetic Products, Vinyl Floorings, Wall Coverings, Flooring Contractors
Location: Birmingham or surrounding areas

Remuneration: £23,000 - £24,000 + up to 10% Bonus

The role of the Internal Sales Executive - Carpet Tile / Flooring will involve:

- Internal sales position selling a high end manufactured range of carpet tiles and flooring
- Primarily an accounts manager position looking after our clients smaller accounts to increase their sales and turn them into large accounts
- Inheriting circa 300 active / lapsed accounts
- Building and developing relationships with existing clients
- Re-engage declining or lapsed accounts where appropriate.
- Handle stock, product and sample enquiries in a timely manner
- Provide accurate pricing and quotations on small orders.
- Regular reporting on quality and activity on the company CRM system
- Working within an internal sales team of 4

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive - Carpet Tile / Flooring with:

- Must have sales or customer service experience, ideally within the flooring industry
- Ideally will have experience working for a manufacturer
- Ideally will have account management experience
- Must be a relationship builder
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic, team player, outgoing, friendly and positive personality / outlook
