**Shift Pattern**:40 Hours per week - will be various shifts across 7 days / Monday to Sunday

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Language skills - English language at minimum level B1
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- You must be passionate about delivering great service.
- Clean rooms and all hotel areas to a high standard.
- Must be able to deal with customer guests queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Responsible for a smooth operation of the housekeeping department and ensuring we are consistently improving our standards.
- To ensure that all apartments, and other areas are maintained to a minimum 4 Star standard

The job is based in **Inverness**, however using our bespoke Recruit - Relocate - Retain recruitment model, Workforce will help you move to the area if you don’t live locally.
