**Role Overview**:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Carers. This role involves supporting our clients with their daily needs and helping them lead dignified and fulfilling lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Assist with medication management and ensure adherence to healthcare regimens.
- Prepare meals in line with dietary needs and preferences.
- Offer companionship and engage in social activities to enrich the lives of our clients.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a caregiving role is preferred, though not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- **A driving license and car is necessary.**
