**M&E Supervisor (Electrical bias)**

**Location: Herts & Essex Hospital - Bishops Stortford - Free on-site parking**

**Salary: to £40,000pa, with Excellent OTE**

This is a fantastic opportunity to further your facilities management career. Our Client is looking to recruit an experienced M&E Supervisor (Electrical bias) to oversee, administer the delivery and implement Electrical/Mechanical Safe Systems at Work, examplesbeing, HTMs and Commercial Systems across the Essex & Herts hospital in Bishop's Stortford.

You will be required to manage the day-to-day on-site maintenance operations while working closely with the client, this includes supervision of multi-discipline specialised sub-contractors and coordinate emergency responses.

You will have full responsibility for all Statutory, Mandatory, and Planned Maintenance tasks.

This position would ideally suit an established Electrical bias Engineer with Mechanical experience.

**Experience/Skills**:

- Current Electrical Authorised Engineer appointment
- Experience with carrying out Electrical/ Mechanical AP (authorised persons) assessment and the appointment process
- Experienced auditing Engineers and assessing contract/site requirements
- The ability to construct and implement safe systems of works
- Water systems knowledge
- Experience issuing permits
- Previous experience working with Health Technical Memoranda (HTM) and other engineering guidelines SFG20

**Qualifications required**:

- HND or HNC in an Electrical engineering field or similar qualification
- AE training within past 3 years and holding a similar role
- C&G/NVQ Electrical Inspection and testing
- 18th Edition Electrical installation 2382

Salary Range: to £40,000 pa, Plus Overtime rates, call-out rota payment

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am-5.00pm
