**Job Purpose**

The role is required to support the Supervisor in ensuring the upkeep of the overall condition of the fleet. Ensuring that vehicles are moved, monitored and maintained appropriately, utilising systems and procedures to assist with this.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Ensuring the Daily Diary is kept up to date
- Update our software with the movement of each vehicle in timely manner
- Ensuring our driving operatives have the information they need to each delivery and collection
- Liaising with Customers daily
- Answering Telephone

**Experience required**:

- Computer literate
- Good communicator
- Good all rounder prepared to muck in and help as requires to cover holidays/sickness
