The Lifeways Group are currently looking to expand their fantastic team of Support Workers in Woking, Bisley and Normandy areas. As part of this role, you will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism, in a trendy Residential Living home. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing excellent person-centred care, putting the service users at the heart of everything you do. You will communicate with family members, friends and the professionals who all work together to help them live independently and achieve their ambitions.

Don’t worry if you don’t have previous professional experience in care as we are looking for people with the right values and attitudes. Lifeways provide a comprehensive learning and development programme that will teach you all you need to work in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that the individuals that we support lead valued and fulfilling lives.
- Helping them to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability.
- Work from a planned rota which will include some weekends - rotas are planned far in advance to provide notice.
- Show compassion, patience and commitment. Be positive and demonstrate excellence by engaging with the service users.
- Be proactive, respectful and caring at all times.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the best care is delivered.

Contracts Available:
Daytime Shifts
- Full time - 37.5 - 40 hours per week (5 days, 8 hour shifts, flexibility needed Monday - Sunday)
- Part-time - 16 - 30 hours per week ( flexibility needed Monday - Sunday)
- Sessional/bank hours also available (flexible working to fit around you)

Night Shifts
- Full time and Part time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
