**Job Title: Studio Coordinator (six month contract)**
**Location: Newcastle upon Tyne**
**Salary: Negotiable depending on experience**

Our client, an ambitious organisation in the education sector, is looking for a Studio Coordinator to join their team for an initial six month contract, potentially to be extended or made permanent. This position is an integral role within the Marketing function and will have one Designer as a direct report.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of an in-house Creative Studio function within Marketing, including scheduling, resource allocation and workflow management.
- Implement a briefing process and project management system or software to manage Creative Studio projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their creative briefs and requirements in order to produce a project plan and list of deliverables in line with agreed SLAs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as their main point of contact and maintaining an open line of communication, managing expectations and keeping them up to date on progress.
- Develop project plans and continuously monitor timelines to ensure all work is delivered on time and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Provide quality assurance to ensure all creative studio outputs are of a consistently high standard and in line with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to campaign and project development in the form of idea generation and creative direction.
- Craft high-quality, engaging written copy in line with relevant tone of voice to accompany creative designs.
- Line management of x1 Graphic Designer to include managing their schedule and workload, goal setting, providing creative direction, monitoring progress, managing annual leave/absence and providing support and feedback.
- Liaise with external suppliers and framework agencies where relevant to complete project work and supply costs.
- Work closely with the Content Manager and Brand Manager to conduct regular reviews to evaluate the success of the Creative Studio function in terms of ROI, scope, workload, resource and quality of outputs.
