Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Ecommerce Manager to join our client's rapidly growing team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company in the homeware sector and take their ecommerce capabilities tothe next level.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase online customer base and sales
- Analyse customer behaviour and web analytics data to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage budgets and devise cost-effective marketing campaigns
- Monitor customer service performance and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Plan, design, and develop website content to enhance customer experience
- Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback
- Manage and maintain ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify and Magento
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and legislation
- Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce technology and trends
**Skills and Experience**:
- Proven experience in ecommerce and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of web analytics, SEO, and PPC
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify and Magento
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
