**eCommerce Manager | Manchester | £35,000 - £45,000**
Zachary Daniels Recruitment are partnering with a Manchester specialist who have built their name in the market for creating bespoke and handcrafted product for almost 30 years. The brand is now experiencing growth across their multi-channel platforms and thereforeneed the support of an ambitious eCommerce Manager.
Our client pride themselves on having years of successful trading. They now have their eyes set on bigger things with new partners to help broaden their presence in the their market.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Day to day trading of own site and partner sites through the use of Visual Soft and partner platforms
- Track and report on current performance and any new ecommerce initiatives, looking across website/marketplaces
- Provide weekly reports covering sales performance against budgets, conversions rates, AOV, ROAS, CRM
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end product loading schedule through effective sample tracking and critical path management
- Monitor and report on campaign performance as well as manage weekly promotional activity
- Analyse and evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Ensuring site is consistently merchandised in line with current promotional and creative strategies
- Plan and deliver CRM and CRO strategies to improve loyalty and retention

**About you**:

- A proven track record of delivering in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident in Excel and Google Analytics
- Experience in Visualsoft, Wordpress and HTML preferred
- A strong communicator and highly organised
