Senior Game User Researcher - 13335

We are recruiting a full-time Senior Game User Researcher in Singapore to conduct and supervise user research for at least one game title in collaboration with stakeholders. The role offers an excellent salary and benefits, and no Mandarin is required.

The Senior Game User Researcher will collaborate on all stages, from planning to execution and debriefing with partners. You will plan and conduct user research independently through quantitative and qualitative research methods, such as playtesting, surveys, and user interviews.

If you were already in this Senior Game User Researcher position, these are some areas you could have expected to work in this week:

- Contributing to game localisation in Singapore and partnering with designers and producers on game teams to improve user experience through evaluation and follow-up
- Crafting and editing reports and surveys in various length and detail formats
- Communicating summarised research results effectively to development teams for discussion and future implementation
- Offering design suggestions and standards for the Singapore market based on observation, research, and expertise
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools
- Gamer with more than 3-year gaming experience and good knowledge of mobile/console/PC games while open to new games
- Good at interpersonal communication and conducting scientific research with participants of all ages
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in branches of psychology, anthropology, human factors, human-computer interaction, communications, market research, game design, or related fields.
