As an Venue Manager within our venues you will be responsible for organising and executing alongside operations and sales a range of aspirational events, ensuring exceptional customer service and customer journey.

- Strong background within Weddings, conferencing, Events & Venue Management
- Strong background within Food & Beverage of multiple venues
- Experience in a fast paced corporate event based environment desirable
- To generate a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, standards and guest experience
- Focus on a consistently executed bespoke approach for each event, with excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing and leading weddings including the wedding breakfast
- Versatile and positive in developing and managing customer relationships with a high standard of communication
- To fully understand the needs of the customer and strive to meet or exceed those expectations at all times
- Manage the bars within the venues including stock reporting
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Confident and personable
- Strong skills in time management, organisation and coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively under time and resource constraints
- Demonstrated previous experience working in a Sales environment
- Have fantastic attention to detail
- Demonstrated previous experience working in an events planning role, ideally in a large hotel or fast paced events business
- Experience managing food & beverage is essential
- To be forward thinking and offer solutions
- To bring ideas to the table on how we can improve our service
- To invest and develop your team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Venue Management: 3 years (required)
- Conference & Events: 3 years (required)
- Wedding coordinator: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Alcohol Personal Licence (required)
- Level 3 Food Safety (required)

Shift availability:

- Day shift (preferred)
- Night shift (preferred)
