Customer Service Executive

SportPursuit is growing fast internationally and we’re looking for bright, talented linguists with a passion for eCommerce and the outdoors to spearhead our expansion. We are currently specifically looking for a Danish speaker to join the team. **This is a remote UK based role.** **Responsibilities**: - Be the "internal champion" for Denmark - perform a daily check on the website, check sales available, product available, choice of imagery etc - You will help with Danish translations including, but not limited to: sale titles, sale descriptions, marketing copy and any other onsite copy. **To be successful in this role you must have**: **No specific prior experience necessary, but key requirements are**: - Native Danish speaker - Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Have a great eye for detail - Strong analytical and PC skills, with the ability to quickly learn complex systems - Work well under pressure and be able to think outside of the box and have a 'can do' attitude - Be a real people person - Strong team player **Nice to have but not essential** - A love of sport is also a bonus, ideally triathlon, cycling, running, snow sports or hiking/walking **Benefits**: - Friendly and dynamic working environment with a Core Hours working pattern Our Core Hours are 10am - 4pm.
