**Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities**:

- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices
- Matching and coding invoices in a timely manner
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Resolving supplier queries
- Communicate effectively with departments to
- Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
- Ad-Hoc administrative duties
- Have proven communication skills both internal and external
- Sound purchase ledger experience
- IT literate including excel and finance systems
