**THE ROLE** This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR Systems team, as part of the wider HR Service Centre. Reporting to the HR Systems Specialist, you would be responsible for the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems as well as optimising the useof data to ensure change and compliance is delivered across the function. Key responsibilities will include; - Gaining an expert knowledge of the HR System and its relation to HR Service Centre processes - Becoming a "Super-User" of the internal Portal, understanding all processes and integrations, including the LMS - Investigating system functionality to provide solutions to business requirements - Producing MI and data for the HR Team and wider business - Providing support to the business on HR systems queries - Ad-hoc system admin duties, including reporting and data requests - Systems support to wider HR Team, including training on specific modules **CULTURE/BENEFITS** This role will offer plenty of genuine learning and development opportunities, as well as a competitive salary with company benefits including retail & leisure discounts, HolidayPlus & Cycle2work schemes, gym & mobile discounts, a pension scheme, and more. This role will assist with adaptations and systems changes that will benefit the business, therefore would suit someone with a naturalcuriosity and understanding of HR Systems configuration. We’re also looking for; - HRIS experience - Advanced Excel skills along with statistical analysis and modelling skills - Good attention to detail, analytical acumen, and business process knowledge - Time management skills and the ability to balance project work with day to day responsibilities - Effective communication skills for managing relationships with stakeholders - Any previous experience of converting paper-based processes into safe and reliable automated systems, is desirable Not a perfect skills match?
