**Role Details**:

- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, with optional weekend availability.
- **Hours**: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a **Junior Sales Associate** you’ll take part in a structured, immersive training program designed to give you the skills and experience you need to excel in sales and management. During your training, you’ll gain valuable exposure to multiple areas of the business, including:

- **Sales & Marketing**: Learn how to design and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth and boost brand visibility.
- **Customer Relations**: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
- **Team Leadership**: Gain leadership experience by learning how to manage teams, motivate colleagues, and mentor new starters.
- **Finance & Budgeting**: Understand essential financial concepts, manage budgets, and make smart, business-savvy decisions.
- **Business Operations**: Get involved in the day-to-day operations, from client interactions to administrative tasks and HR support.
