**Role**: Recruitment Consultant

**Package**: £25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£37K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

**Location**: Manchester

- Great earning potential with commission going up to 20% with additional bonuses based on billings

- Work with huge clients including Bank of America and the NHS
- The team regularly meet clients face to face
- Fully serviced central Manchester office location with mini golf and basketball hoops in there
- Heavily incentivised environment, including skiing trips, holiday incentives, Chester races, breakfasts at The Ivy etc
- Close knit team who are very big on culture, they regularly play padel, golf and go on team walks

**The Role**:

- Business Development: seek new businesses and generate leads

**The Requirements**:

- Minimum 2:1 degree from or 1 years sales or commercial experience
- Confident and outgoing
- Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
- Commercially savvy
- Financially and success driven
- Inherent competitive nature
- Great communication skills
- Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
