A fantastic temporary opportunity has become available in Edinburgh. Phoenix Group is currently looking for Customer Service Administrator's to join the team.

This vacancy requires you to work in office full time, Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:00) within their modern office which is located on Lothian Road EH1 2DH. Their office can be easily accessible via public transport.
- Taking ownership of any task that you receive and monitor them until a resolution has been found.
- Providing an outstanding service to policy holder through their journey with the company.
- Liaising with other department and teams in order to solve the policy holders query in a timely manner.
- When engaging with policy holders maintaining a professional manner while managing customer expectations.
- Managing a mailbox for direct contact regarding queries from both policy holders and colleagues.

As Customer Service Administrator you will be -- Be passionate about providing a high quality of customer service
- Have good communication skills
- Be comfortable to work within a team
- Having a good level of computer skill set
