The recruitment team are home working, the current team of six are spread throughout the Northwest and Midlands but still work very closely together to ensure that they meet the expectations of their stakeholders and provide the right person, right role tohelp grow their successful, market leading group businesses.
The roles required within the business cover nurses, paramedics and other medical professionals so experience within this industry would be desirable.
Duties will include
- Using Job boards and other channels to advertise roles
- Liaison with hiring managers at all levels to understand their hiring needs
- Ensure that all legislation is met with regard to discrimination and an FCA regulated environment
- Setup Onboarding including production of Contracts and Offers
- Work closely with HR & L&D
- Issue and review skills assessments via our assessment partner platform
- Work towards Time to Hire and Interview to Offer KPIs
