The Role

This role is pivotal to our ongoing success in shaping and delivering our approach to student recruitment across global and domestic markets, including UK outreach, and transition programmes.

We are seeking a visionary leader of our international and domestic student recruitment strategies, whilst driving inclusive access and participation initiatives that reflect our student community. With the vision and capability to make a lasting impact, a passion to make a difference, you'll push boundaries, explore new ideas and new ways to deliver our recruitment strategy. If you are a strategic and global leader, with a passion for student recruitment and widening access to higher education, we look forward to hearing from you.

About You

  • Senior-level experience in student recruitment within higher education.
  • Expertise in international recruitment and stakeholder engagement.
  • A track record of strategic planning and delivery of outreach and access activity.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
