Board International, global provider of the Intelligent Planning Platform, is currently looking for a resourceful **Solutions Lead **experienced in **Supply Chain Solutions** to join our Solutions Department in London.

As a member of our Solutions Team, you will lead the business development of Board’s Supply Chain solutions including thought leadership, solution definition and strategic client engagement to successfully position Board as the platform of choice for Supply Chain transformation.

Leveraging your domain expertise, field feedback and stakeholder experience, you will partner with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, and others to define and execute tactical and strategic initiatives.

You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; big-picture vision, with the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in-market to fully understand client problems, and finding innovative solutions for broad market adoption. You will be our Domain Expert, Chief Evangelist and Thought-Leader for our Retail solutions area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain key customer contacts with top retail decision-makers at our most
- strategic accounts and partners
- Partner with marketing team to develop supply chain collateral and point of view on critical retail thought leadership, as well as support retail solution play development, sales enablement, awareness, and pipeline building
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and sales to drive consistency in complex
- sales cycle execution
- Develop specific deal strategy, positioning, and messaging as well as leading and facilitating sales cycles
- Engage regularly with Sales Leadership to identify and align on prioritized opportunities by providing functional advisory to potential opportunities
- Continuously keep up with industry trends, innovations, and competitors to ensure effective sales strategies
- Interact regularly with the solutions marketing and functional product groups to share customer challenges, trends, and expectations
- Live by Board’s values of Open Collaboration, Growth Mindset, Deliver Results, Customer Commitment & Driving Innovation

**Requirements**:

- Proven domain expertise, developed selling Supply Chain solutions or in industry leadership roles
- Experience selling or positioning retail SaaS tools or consulting projects including leading, deploying or selling the Board’s platform
- Knowledge of Supply Chain solution planning, with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs
- Previous experience as Practice Leader in Consulting or with a Software Vendor is required
- Ability to articulate market requirements and effectively enable others with your knowledge, expertise and pro-active communication
- Proven ability to effectively influence, communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders at all levels of management
- Strong presentation and organizational skills; ability to tailor approach depending upon
- customer maturity, audience, industry or function
- Proven track record of establishing credibility, customer advocacy and becoming a trusted advisor
- Demonstrated success in leading or developing capabilities for scenario planning, retail
- modeling, analytics and insights to deliver business outcomes
