**Key responsibilities**
Your role will be to support the Regulatory and Compliance Manager and Lead Technical Quality Manager to help ensure regulatory compliance across the organisation.
**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**:
- Support the Regulatory and Compliance Manager with general administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, chasing vendors, arranging travel, providing meeting minutes.
- Supporting tasks allocated by the Lead Technical Quality Manager regarding quality incidents.
- Engaging with vendors and stakeholders to request further information or obtain answers in relation to regulatory queries.
- Transferring data and generating product lists using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Sending out communications and questionnaires regarding complex regulatory matters and chasing responses.
- Retrieving and collating relevant information e.g. sales data, artwork/labelling to support relevant projects/incidents.
- Maintain trackers and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintaining and, where appropriate, updating procedures and processes.
- Assisting with audits instore and online.
- Assisting the wider quality and sustainability team with other relevant matters as necessary.
- Show interest and keep up to date with EU and UK Regulations, and best practice as it applies in retail.
- Identify improvement opportunities in ways of working.
- Be part of the team, contributing to the positive engagement of the whole team; living the values every day.
**Required skills & experience**
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Excellent attention to detail as well as data entry skills.
- The ability to plan your own work, use your initiative and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Proactive self-starter.
**Desirable Skills & Experience**
- Prior experience on UK/EU Regulation.
- Experience in a retail environment.
- Previous experience of using SAP.
