**Quality Administrator -Marketplace**
**Permanent - Full time**
**Upto £26,000 **+** Pension + ShareSave Scheme + 6.6 weeks holiday + Hybrid Working**
**2 -3 days per week in Southampton, Head Office.**

**Key responsibilities**
Acting as a key member of the marketplace quality team in the pre
- and post-live monitoring of products listed on our marketplace along with ensuring processes are maintained and followed and IT systems correctly utilised to ensure that internal and external reporting requirements remain accurate and delivered as required.
**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**:
- Undertaking the administrative functions for onboarding products including receiving, logging and distributing compliance documentation
- Engaging with merchants to request further documentation or answer queries in relation to the onboarding process and maintaining oversight to follow up outstanding documentation
- Working with the marketplace quality team to ensure merchants are able to swiftly and efficiently list their products
- Where appropriate engaging with merchants in respect of products which are unable to be listed following assessment by the quality team
- Engaging in post live monitoring of products sold on the marketplace and taking appropriate action on relevant products or referring for action by another member of the quality team
- Having a key role in logging issues received from across the business, liaising where possible or directing to an appropriate team member
- Maintaining and, where appropriate, updating the various procedures and processes
- Assisting the wider Quality and Sustainability team on other relevant matters as necessary

- Willingness and curiosity to engage in all aspects of Marketplace Quality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive self-starter.

- Experience in a retail/digital/commerical environment
