KXU is a boutique gym, wellness and medispa in the heart of pavilion road. Our spa consists of 3 treatment rooms, infrared sauna and cryotherapy chamber.

We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our spa reception team and the successful applicant must have relevant experience in a similar environment and have a passion for wellness and providing 5 star luxury customer service.

- Ability to work well under pressure and stay focused in a fast paced environment
- Experience within luxury, high end Spa, Beauty & Aesthetics

**Duties include**:

- Handle all enquiries for the Medispa, including scheduling in to the diary
- Ensuring all reception duties are adhered to
- Support clients with Cryotherapy & Infrared
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service is given to all spa guests at all times
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ensure a relaxed, welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Work towards and achieve sales targets as outlined by the Group Spa Director
- Ensure the working environment is kept clean and tidy, adhering to the reception and relaxation area standards
- Any reasonable extra requests by Management

**Required Qualifications**:

- Computer skills, Administrative experience, Phone etiquette, Organisational skills, Typing experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Data entry, and Google Suite
- 5* customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using a CRM system is a plus (we use MindBody)

This position does involve weekends, with a combination of morning, daytime and evening shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
