Pure Staff are currently recruiting for Production Operative roles for our fantastic client based in Droitwich.

Our client specialises in making ceramic castings and are world leaders in the manufacturing and production industry. They make gas turbines with sites all over the world.

Production Operative Job Description -- Working in a designated area on a work bench
- Using small precision hand tools such as files to shape the products to specification
- Must be able to work towards targets
- Full training is provided

Hours of work for a Production Operative must be able to work double days on a rotating basis - Week 1 is working 05:30 - 13.45 Monday to Thursday and 05:30 until 11.45 Friday

Week 2 14:00 - 22:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 12:00 until 19:00 Friday

Pay rates are offering £11.57 - £11.97 per hour for all hours and for both shifts with over time available on weekends paying up to £15.56.

A Production Operative will be offered full time employment after a successful trial period of a minimum 12 weeks.
