**About the Role**

We will provide you with full training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to enable you to safely and effectively work as a Production Operative to
- Work as part of the production and warehousing team to produce, stock and despatch a range of products
- Work with various types of machinery and equipment in different areas including special shapes, eco-habitats, slips, samples and support material
- Undertake work involving cutting equipment
- Ensure products are produced and despatched to quality standards and any issues are raised through the appropriate channels
- Operate Forklift Trucks
- Bond special shapes, Eco-habitats, sample panels using appropriate adhesives
- Take an active part in Process Improvement and look for ways to enhance efficiency

**Hours of Work**:
**Monday to Wednesday, 6.00am to 5.00pm, Thursday 6.00am to 4.00pm**

- Good knowledge of health and safety
- Able to work to production targets
- Ability to understand work instructions (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Flexible approach to duties with an openness to change
- Honest, enthusiastic and a thorough attention to detail
- Possess a commitment to deliver exceptional service levels
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A ‘can do’ attitude and work well as part of a team
- Willing to work overtime
