**Marketing and Operations Executive**

**£22,000 - £24,000**

**Godalming and Remote Working**

Due to an outstanding year during Covid, we are looking for a new addition to the team to match our growth plans.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Run marketing and social media, Canva, Scoop
- Diary and admin management (PA duties)
- General support to both Directors on social media and administrative duties

You:
We are looking for someone who a has a real energy and desire to be part of a small business and help us reach our full potential, collectively and individual. We are passionate about what we do and have been for almost 10 years and to have someone who comeson board and believes in what we do will be crucial.

Ideally you are educated to a good level and be able to handle multiple tasks at any given time whilst constantly thinking about other ideas, creative and business like, to help brand us and stand out in the market.

There will be a huge element of creating marketing posts and social media post including Instagram, Twitter and any other platforms you deem fit so a creative mindset is important.

Being a target driven environment, albeit NOT KPI driven, there will be an element of sales involved and you will be bonused on the performance of the business.

We are keen to hire this quarter and keen to make this the perfect opportunity for someone who is willing to take on opportunity with everything they have.
