Compassion in World Farming International is a fast-growing and influential campaigning charity that is already transforming the lives of millions of farm animals around the world. We are looking for a talented new legacy marketing manager to inspire futureincome from our passionate movement of supporters and donors - both in the UK and Internationally.

Typically, over a third of our critical work only happens because of the incredible gifts made to us by supporters in their wills. Our legacy mission is simple: ‘Through a dialogue with Compassion, all those most closely associated with the charity willhave considered whether a legacy is right for them and their family - and acted on their decision.’ You will be responsible for driving an innovative programme of engagement and communication that delivers against this mission.

As our new legacy marketing manager, you will be responsible for leading the UK legacy programme and helping secure the future of this vital income stream. You will also work alongside our amazing international team in supporting and driving the expansionof our legacy programme worldwide as we seek to grow our movement of supporters making such incredible gifts.

Your passion for marketing and communications will be matched by your ability to deal confidently and sensitively with supporters who are considering making such a personal commitment to changing the world.

To succeed in this role, you will have a track record of delivering legacy marketing communications. You will be entrepreneurial, creative, have gravitas, exceptional communication skills and the ability to work directly with supporters and those consideringmaking a gift in their will.
