Howells Solutions are working with a leading Fire and Security Contractor to find a successful and proactive Sales Coordinator to join their team based in Shipley.

You will have experience of working as a Sales Administrator / Coordinator with good Microsoft Office and communication skills. You will be able to work both independently and part of a team with good organisational skills and the ability to take ownershipof tasks, situations and manage multiple tasks. You will be professional with a pleasant demeanour and attitude with a willingness to take on tasks and help out wherever necessary.

**Sales Coordinator Duties**
- Demonstrable customer service experience in a service driven field
- To work nationally, managing leads and enquiries for all business units
- Manage and respond effectively and professionally to all customer contact
- Request additional information to enable enquiries to be priced by the relevant person
- Management of all requests for additional information and chasing where necessary
- Allocating enquiries throughout the company according to work stream and location
- Identification of larger opportunities and/or key clients for active business development
- Actively utilise software to record activities
- Actively participate in regular pipeline reviews, ensuring all CRM records are up to date and critical success factors are identified for key opportunities
- Build and maintain a working knowledge of our service offerings; participate in training opportunities
- A good working understanding of passive fire protection to assist with queries would be advantageous
