**Description**

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Order entry
- Item availability check
- Communication to production team in case of adjustments because of non-availability
- Delivery creation
- Invoice creation incl. transfer
- Communication to the customer in case of delays
- Credit/Debit Notes
- View claims by checking with e. g. transport team, dispatch team (e. g. wrong quantities, delays), KAM for wrong prices, PM for quality issues
- Order/item return in case of refusal of acceptance (e. g. wrong or damaged item/order)
- Credit/Debit Notes creation according to received claims
- Communication to the customer during whole claim process
- Master data
- Creating new customers into the system
- Price set up in SAP according to agreement
- Finished products and Raw Material monitoring
- Bags reordering process according to coverage
- Phase-in / phase-out of items according to Launch or RL (Plant and BU/customer)
- Sales reports for the customers and intranet

- The ability to work with efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced customer driven environment
- Passionate about customer service excellence
- Customer focused and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent telephone manner
- Confident with excellent listening skills
