**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Organise and maintain the sales database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Support the sales team in processing orders and managing inventory levels as needed.
- Support with Tender preparation for larger Clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong computer skills for data management.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work produced.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
- A customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality support.
- Familiarity with Sage or similar software is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £28,007.00-£33,274.00 per year
