PART TIME HOURS AVAILABLE BH Live are currently recruiting for a Health & Fitness Advisor, 20 hours per week, to join the team at Corfe Mullen.

About the role:

- You will be co-ordinating the day-to-day operation of the fitness area.
- Supervision of public participation in activities is required at the Centre, predominantly, but not limited, to the Gym.
- Provide a welcoming and professional service to all customers that encourages continued and frequent use of the Centre and its facilities.
- Actively provide advice, guidance and encouragement on all matters relating to health and fitness.
- Co-ordinate the day-to-day operation of the department ensuring the accurate completion of daily, weekly and monthly checks and procedures.
- You’ll also design, implement and promote gym challenges/events.
- Promote and develop the personal training service to ensure monthly financial targets are met.
- Promote the Centre’s reputation for exceptional standards of customer care and service at all times both in and out of working shift times, assisting with prospective membership tours and sales when necessary.
- Conduct fitness appointments, gym floor classes and studio classes and/or personal training sessions and/or children’s fitness sessions and/or specialist group sessions.

**Requirements**:
You must be prepared to work as a member of a team and assist or carry out the duties of other colleagues within BH Live and must be prepared to be flexible in the approach to work to reflect the changing nature of the business.

This is a part time role of 20 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work some evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
