**About The Role**:
Practice Plus Group are seeking a **Quality and Patient Experience Administrator **for our **Devon** **Clinical Assessment Service (CAS)** service

As a Quality and Patient Experience Administrator you’ll be an integral part of the healthcare team by bringing your administration skills and passion for care.

You will oversee the administration and co-ordination of all complaints, compliments, healthcare professional feedback (HPF), incidents and concerns that are received for the region using the dedicated software, Datix. You will also act as a central point of contact, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of progress and any delays in response.

Other duties included will be to carry out the investigation of complaints/service HPF’s/incidents including retrieval of voice recordings/requesting audits etc, within the designated timescales and ensure that datix is kept up to date, and to liaise with the relevant managers to ensure that tasks and actions are managed and resolved in a timely manner.

This is a Permanent, Full Time position working 37.5 hours a week working in Exeter in our newly furbished office.

The full time salary £32,145.69 per annum.
