As a plumbing site supervisor, your responsibilities will involve supervising a crew of employees, delegating tasks as necessary, communicating with site staff and management, diagnosing plumbing problems, and tending to all necessary equipment.

You will oversee our plumbing team for installs, maintenance, and repairs of our clients' plumbing systems. Before the project begins, you will review blueprints with management to ensure you understand the scope, budget, and required timelines.

Duties to include but not limited to
- Supervision and coordination of the activities of construction workers on-site and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the construction

process.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop construction schedules.
- Provide guidance and training to construction workers as needed while working

alongside them on the tools.
- Oversee the use of construction equipment and materials.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards.
- Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work

schedule given and in a timely manner meeting all contract targets
- Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise
- Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard
- Ensure all client's expectations are achieved
- Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company

procedure
- Overseeing health and safety procedures are being adhered to on sites
- Be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe
- To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required
- Attend inspections where necessary

Experience
- Experienced plumber, qualified to C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing & Heating) and NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Gas Safe preferred but not essential
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
- A rounded knowledge of risk and compliance and demonstrable planning & project management skills.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritise tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Full driving licence required.

Rate £180-£210 per day before applicable tax deductions.

**Salary**: £180.00-£210.00 per day
