Plumbing / Mechanical Supervisor£45,000 - £48,000Working predominantly on a static base in FelthamOur client is currently looking for an experienced mechanical / plumbing supervisor to support the team on this contract. Already being a well‑established building services provider, they have gone through a massive period of growth in recent years with ambitions to grow further and take the chosen supervisor on the journey with them. The supervisor will be solely responsible for overseeing all mechanical duties on the static site occasionally travelling to other sites to conduct meetings and liaise with managers to update them on progress.The chosen candidate will have to demonstrate strong communication skills as they will be the front line for any engineers queries, dealing with customers face‑to‑face and being in regular contact with other senior members of staff.Job DescriptionOverseeing a small team of plumbers and mechanical engineersReport to area manager to provide update and customer reportsOffer technical knowledge and deal with queries from other engineersPartly on the tools, pitching in with PPM, service and maintenance dutiesParticipate in meetings at the site and occasionally travelling to other designated sitesMaintenance on AHUs, FCUs and plant roomsRequirementsExperience maintaining Air handling unitsStrong plumbing backgroundExperience in supervisor / lead engineer positionSSSTS (Desirable)Benefits33 days holidayGym discountsAutonomy around your day‑to‑dayIf you are interested in this position please click 'apply'.Please note as we receive a high level of applications we can only respond to applicants whose skills & qualifications are suitable for this position.
