An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Security Officer to work on a prestigious site in Northampton. Their people are their business. Along with an SIA License, you must have good personal & communication skills,be able to work unsupervised and posses good team player qualities.
**As a Security Officer, your responsibilities will include**:

- Be a Company ambassador, creating a welcoming atmosphere for employees and customers
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security
- Lead by example and support and motivate team members
- Achievement and monitoring of KPIs
- Work in conjunction with other key operational teams to ensure a smooth operation

**We are looking for a Security Officer who has the following skills and experiences**:

- An SIA License
- Previous experience in a security role
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- View punctuality as important
- A professional demeanour with sound judgement
- Excellent customer service skills
- Capable of working on your own initiative
- Be willing to work as part of a team
- First aid is beneficial but not essential

You will be working 12-hour day shifts, 07:00-19:00, 4 on, 4 off with some weekend work.
