Customer Service Coordinator

Gloucester

Permanent

£24,000 - £30,000

Main Duties - Customer Service Coordinator
- Processing quotations and orders within agreed time frames.
- Resolving queries and providing updates on order progress.
- Expedite overdue orders when required.
- Ensuring that export paperwork is correct, prior to dispatch.
- Contacting customers regarding overdue accounts.
- Updating customers with changes in pricing.
- Liaising with internal departments to monitor order progress.
- A background within a similar role, ideally gained in a manufacturing or engineering or equivalent environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer focused approach.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail.

If you are currently a Customer Service Executive, Sales Administrator, Engineering Administrator, Manufacturing Administrator, Account Manager you may also be suitable for this role.
