Customer Service Officer needed with Gloucestershire County Council

**Location** - Gloucester

**Hours** **per** **week** - 37 hours per week

**Salary** - £12.47 ltd an hour

**Description**
- Multiple opportunities available
- To be the first point of contact service for GIS Healthcare
- Provide accurate updates, information and guidance on services
- Respond to customer request for information or a service
- Create and accurately maintain all electronic records ensuring compliance with GDPR for GIS and partner services and agencies
- Engage with difficult or upset customers, handling complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- You may be required to support other staff within GIS such as Administration

**What is required?**
- GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths
- Clerical or administration experience
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Diploma in customer services or appropriate qualification or Modern Apprenticeship in customer services or equivalent qualification at Level 3
