This international law firm works from over 20 global offices, their work is cross-border, high profile and complex. They work across many businesses area including insurance, energy, corporate and dispute resolution.

They are currently looking for a E Billing Administrator to join their Manchester office on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to advance their career in Legal Finance.

Reponsibilities
- Ensure a smooth and efficient route through the E-billing process (uploading invoices to 3rd party approvers)
- Understand the e-billing system used and how this works in line with our existing billing process
- Review all records associated with bills to ensure accuracy
- Analyse billing narratives identifying non-compliance
- Works with Lawyers when legal intervention is necessary to enable submission of bills & deal with any associated queries
- Identifying colleagues with high levels of non-compliance; provide statistical evidence to drive improvements
- Upload invoices to external billing platform and manage rejections
- Work with the wider billing team to improve internal processes
- General administrative duties as required
- Provide effective cover for billing colleagues as required
- Administrative and organisational skills - effectively manage time and workload to ensure standards are met and work is completed in a consistent and timely manner
- Communication skills - communicate and articulate effectively in both written and oral communications - essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Portray a professional and positive approach to work and always contribute towards the team ethos
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Quality of Work - effectively manage own workload with a pro-active approach
- Prior knowledge of e-billing systems
- Previous experience in a billing function and / or legal environment
