We are looking for a Line Leader to join our fast paced production environment in the Assembly department at our manufacturing site in Harrow, London. The site specialises in making chilled pizzas, employs around 850 people and is situated in North London, with good public transport links available.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company who prides themselves on developing talent and giving people the ability to reach their full potential.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Managing a team in fast paced manufacturing environment
- Day to day management of your team, driving team performance, efficiencies and KPI’s
- Supporting Area Manager
- Training of new staff and existing team members
- Ensuring all health and safety protocols are understood and followed

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Results driven and motivated to lead a team to achieve output targets and KPI's
- Quality minded with a high degree of accuracy / attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure
- Experience of working in a food manufacturing / production / fast paced environment
- Previous Team Leader/ Line Leader / Supervisory / Stand-In Roles experience is desirable
- Capable of working on own initiative with the ability and confidence to make decisions
