**Service Desk Analyst opportunity**

Venn Group is working with a large organisation in London who are looking to expand their Service Desk Team

**Day rate**:£90 - £150 (dependent on experience)

**Location**:London**
Length**:3 months (highly likely to get extended)

**Job responsibilities include**:

- Provide face to face support to staff to help resolve incidents, fulfil service requests and address queries
- Provide desk side support to staff to help resolve incidents, fulfil service requests and address queries
- Log queries, incidents and service requests on the service management system and acting, where required
- Escalate any operational problems to more senior colleagues
- IT graduate or previous help desk/ Customer Service experience
- Have a real passion or interest in IT
- Previous experience dealing with customers and their queries
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- _Previous IT experience is desirable_
