We are looking for a highly motivated NVQ LEVEL 2 / 3 qualified senior care assistant to work in supporting our team of care assistants in delivering a high standard of care to our residential clients at our small and friendly care home in Grantham.

Previous experience in safe handling of medication, care planning, assisting professionals with our clients, performing induction for new staff, and performance manage to existing members of staff are desirable.

We take pride in ensuring all of our clients are regularly assessed in order to deliver the high quality of care they require.

Our shift patterns are 18:45pm - 7:00am. Hours to be discussed at interview, training where necessary is provided and supported.

Salary
- £10.00 per hour

- Providing care 2 years preferred.
