**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage and organise files, documents, and records in both physical and digital formats.
- Provide clerical support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping and invoicing.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong clerical skills, including typing proficiency.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
