Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and new customers;
- Take inbound calls and assess enquiries leading to future business;
- Establish relationships with existing and new customers, contacting them through the entire customer journey;
- Manage a sales pipeline ensuring customers receive the required updates and cases fund within desired timeframes;
- Work closely with other business areas to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Experience & Skills required for the role:

- A background in a customer facing role;
- An outgoing personality with experience of developing conversations to achieve outcomes;
- Experience of working toward KPI’s/targets;
- Ability to work to deadlines.

Please note that this role will be office based, on a rota - standard hours 9am - 17:30, with one day a week working 10am - 18:30
