Based in Cheadle, South Manchester, we’ve been established since 1974 and have built a team of over 750 colleagues, who are passionate about supporting individuals and businesses achieve their property ambitions by taking a common-sense approach to lending a range of mortgage and secured loan products to individuals and businesses.Job DescriptionAs a Telesales Executive, you will work as part of our fantastic Direct Sales team. You will be responsible for making proactive outbound calls to existing customers who may be coming to the end of their mortgage term. You will also be taking sales calls from inbound potential customers and setting appointments for the Relationship Managers & Mortgage Advisors.You will be given leads each day and the focus of the calls will be about quality rather than quantity. You will become a product expert and be able to support customers with the products they need for the purchase of property.We want you to have a long career with us.
