_**A great career opportunity to work in the Lettings market with a leading Property company in their Glasgow West End offices**_

**This position comes with full training so if you have a strong background working in office based roles this is an excellent chance to move into Property with a well established business.**

You will have a busy and hands on role working across all parts of Lettings while providing administrative support to the team, key duties will include:

- Out of office tasks - carrying out viewings and property inspections
- Property Management - co-ordinating repairs/maintenance, liaising with contractors and making sure properties are fully compliant with regulations
- Lettings administration - processing end of tenancy reports and deposit refunds

**Salary £23-24k with superb career prospects within the company including support in Lettings qualifications. Permanent full-time post with hours 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
