**Location**: Baycroft, Flitwick

**Hours & Shift Pattern: 40** hours per week, Shifts will vary between the hours of 7am-7pm and will include alternate weekends

We are now recruiting a dynamic **Host/Hostess** to join our Hospitality team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents. Along with experience desirable experience as a Host/Hostess you should have excellent customer service.

**And in return, you will be responsible for**:

- Preparing beverage trolleys, serving beverages and snacks to residents in line with operational standards.
- Preparation and delivery of meal trays to residents, relatives and guests.
- Being aware of resident dietary needs by using the dietary needs chart.
- Ensuring dining areas are clean, tidy and attractively presented.
- Welcoming residents and serve them in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
- Communicate customer feedback to management in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all controls and procedures are maintained to meet all hygiene legislation.
- Maintaining the standards of cleanliness to ensure a 5-star rating.
- Covering in the kitchen when required.

**Please note: this role will require an enhanced DBS and proof of eligibility to work in the UK**
