We're currently partnered with a hypergrowth Tech company (HQ in Bristol and still pre-Series A) who have a brand new vacancy for a Chief Commercial Officer to join the team and be responsible for the developing and implementing their global growth strategy.

Operating in one of the world's most lucrative, uncovered markets, the company have developed a unique B2B marketplace that connects manufacturers directly with retailers and consumers (more info available on request) and reduces cost, delivery time andhassle for all parties.

Your role will be incredibly fast-paced and diverse but broadly speaking, will revolve around building and leading an incredibly high-performance Commercial team and taking complete ownership of this side of the company. You will need to be comfortable inan high-speed environment, and will need to be versatile in order to switch between responsibilities as and when required.

This is a very diverse role, but a summary of some of the of the responsibilities is below:

- Developing and implementing the company's global growth strategy
- Leading a cross-functional, globally distributed Commercial team
- Lead from the front and coach the team
- Be influential in C-Suite Leadership meetings
- Be responsible for commercial strategy innovation

Key requirements:

- 5+ years' experience in executive Commercial leadership positions (CCO, CRO etc.)
- Must have experience working for a Tech-driven Scaleup - either Series A, B or C or alternatively a renowned innovator, i.e. NVIDIA, Amazon, IBM etc.
- Understanding of Supply Chain and ideally some experience in eCommerce
- Innovative, forward-thinking mindset
- Deep knowledge of Sales, Business Development and Marketing
