**The Role**

As the Senior Digital Producer, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of CRM, CX, and Digital projects. You will be a key member of our team, leading our digital agenda from a production and process POV. You will also drive the end-to-end delivery function from requirements gathering to defining the solution that meets our clients' needs, budget, and delivery schedule, ensuring best-in-class delivery. In addition, you will:

- You will be capable of managing several large projects with different teams at the same time.
- You will be ideas-driven, articulate, a problem solver, and able to motivate a variety of teams that will be key to the successful delivery of projects.
- You will be working on a large account with numerous sub-categories. The scope of the work covers, updates, and maintenance of CRM communications, the development of creative engagement ideas, and digital delivery and guidance for our owned media, specialist projects, and performance marketing.
- You will not only work on the work you will also help us to develop our best practices in digital, CRM, and performance. Informing and working with the team to improve WOW and process and supporting our many different functions on best practices in working with your specialism. You’ll be key in mapping out and driving a new way of working in this space, being very hands-on in designing the solution as well as managing it. We’re looking to develop a core team who works in an ‘always-on’ content creation cycle, so experience structuring and managing this would be preferred.
- We are looking for someone with excellent communication, and an ability to understand the principles of continuous workflow management for organising these always-on activities, all whilst actively managing client expectations and communication.
- You will knit together our teams to create the best work in those media and mentor and support our integrated producers to develop their digital nouse. You will be working closely with a multi-disciplined team including, specialist managers, creative, design, development, UX, and client teams.
- You will be a self-motivated team player with digital expertise, excellent people skills, and great attention to detail. Ideally, you would have had experience working in a digital optimisation team and ongoing workflow management.

**The Experience**
- An experienced Project Manager with proven CRM and Digital Comms experience to work on CRM and Digital projects.
- You will have previously worked in a fast-paced agency environment and will have previous experience working with Push Communications, Social, and Online.
- To fulfil this role, you need to be a senior, talented Integrated Producer with a breadth of experience across integrated production whilst being the master of your specialism, client services, and creative and technical development.
- You have an unstoppable hunger for creative excellence and whilst you may be more passionate in some areas of making than others, you have a channel-neutral approach to making stuff happen, and you have an unquenchable desire to be the best at what you do.
- Your natural empathy enables you to manoeuvre through some sticky situations with a calm and considerate approach.
- You can negotiate and persuade and know when it is right to swing from one to the other.
- As well as working closely with our integrated project team, supporting them in their end-to-end, strategic approach to creative production and content creation, you will also run your own projects/workstreams.
- You will be creatively centric, driving delivery excellence across Specsavers and the brands you are associated with. You will ensure that the highest standards of creativity, delivery, and craft are always upheld.
