**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Participating in the day to day running of the branch.
- Assisting and advising customers to find the most suitable product to meet their needs.
- Carrying out assessments off site.
- Accurately handling cash, cheques, BACS and credit / debit cards.
- Delivering products to customers homes. (Involves some manual handling).
- Stocktaking, stock control and rotation of stock.
- General administration.
- Replenish stock onto shelves, assemble products, visual merchandising.
- Keeping the premises and vehicles clean and tidy.
- Marketing activity including leafleting and promotional events.
- Manual handling tasks.
- Driving company vehicles including SWB vans.
- Continuing professional development (CPD) including attending training sessions when and where required, e-learning and personal research.
- Cover other branches as and when required.
- Represent the public face of Millercare: Impeccable customer service, dressed according to company policy, driving with care and consideration and always striving for 5 star reviews.
- Any additional reasonable request by management.

Pay: From £22,500.00 per year
