We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our healthcare team in Manvers, Rotherham.

If you have previous experience in an administration, recruitment or healthcare role, we would love to hear from you.

**What’s on offer**:

- Starting salary: £20k
- Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5 pm (1 hour lunch break)
- 28 holiday days (including statutory bank holiday days)

**Job role**:

- Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
- Entering job applicants’ CVs and contact details into the company database
- Monitoring office supplies and reordering them as needed
- Updating and maintaining records, both on paper and digitally
- Excellent organisational skills to ensure that the daily activities of an office run smoothly
- IT literacy and a working knowledge of relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Databases (including spreadsheets)
- The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to cope with the multifaceted nature of the job
- The ability to use their own initiative but also work as part of a team
- A professional/neat appearance, as you will welcome visitors
- Good writing skills and a sound command of the English language

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rotherham, S63 5DE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
